Mobile Logic — Terms of Service (TOS)

Welcome to Mobile Logic! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.mobiletechla.com/www.mobilelogicla.com (the “Site”) and our technical support and IT services (“Services”). By using the Site or requesting Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Mobile Logic provides on-site and remote technical support, troubleshooting, and related IT services. Service availability may vary by location and schedule.

2. Estimates & Billing

  • All service pricing is provided as an estimate unless explicitly stated as a flat rate.

  • Final costs may vary depending on actual time, complexity, hardware needs, and unforeseen issues discovered during service.

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged prior to the service.

  • Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card, cash, check, Venmo, and Zelle.

3. Cancellations & No-Show Fees

Cancellations with less than 2 hours of notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to $35.

If a technician arrives and is unable to gain access to the service location, a trip fee of $65 may apply.

4. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth service experience, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information regarding the issue and environment

  • Maintain a safe workspace for technicians

  • Have all necessary passwords and admin access available

  • Back up important data before service
    (We can assist with data backup upon request if needed)

5. Data & Liability Disclaimer

While we take great care during service:

  • We are not responsible for data loss, business interruption, or indirect damages

  • We do not guarantee recovery of lost data

  • You are responsible for maintaining backups unless Mobile Logic expressly agrees to handle this under a separate written agreement

6. Warranty on Workmanship

We stand behind our work. If an issue directly related to our service reoccurs within 2 days, we will make reasonable efforts to correct it at no additional labor cost (onsite/trip fee may be incurred, however). This does not apply to:

  • Issues caused by unrelated problems

  • Additional hardware/software failures

  • System changes made after service

  • User error or user-instigated intervention resulting in errors/issues

7. Third-Party Software & Hardware

We may install or configure third-party products only with your verbal authorization. Any warranties or terms from those vendors apply directly to you.

8. Service Refusal

Mobile Logic reserves the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe, unlawful, or outside of our scope.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site is owned by Mobile Logic and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

10. No Guarantee of Outcome

Technology environments vary. We strive for success, but no service can be guaranteed to solve every problem.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Site with a revised effective date.
